So, I watched Hell Ride twice (Larry Bishop supported by Quentin Tarantino). I like bad movies, I like bad B movies, and I like bikes...so perfect. Hell Ride was written and directed by Larry Bishop who made those old bad biker movies (you know, those exploitation movies). Apparently, Quentin thought he had to make another biker movie alla grindhouse style. The premise of the movie is, in brief, two rival outlaw gangs the Victors and the 666ers are in a fight over territory, etc. The President of the victors, Pistilero (Larry Bishop), is out for blood as his ole lady (Cherokee Kisum) was brutely murdered by the 666ers years ago, as well as one of the Victors (in the same manner...thus tipping him off). The son of Cherokee (who witnessed her murder) grows up (Comanchee/Bix) to join the Victors. Thus, the movie is about revenge sought by Pistilero and Comanchee on Cherokee's behalf. There's a lot of violence, lot's of sex, and bikes. I haven't seen that much TA and P in awhile (well, for a non-porn movie). It's not Easy Rider. Anyway, if you love spaghetti westerns and old biker exploitation movies, then you will probably like Hell Ride.
